This Silicone Lubricant Tube is made by DOW. It is a 5.3 ounce tube of translucent silicone oil and an inorganic thickener known as MOLYKOTE® 111 Compound. It can be used at temperatures between -40 degrees to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. It has excellent water resistance, low vapor pressure and low volatility, and is compatible with many plastics and elastomers. Suggested applications include lubrication for control and pressure plug valves, water softener and faucet valves, rubber and plastic o-rings, and other outdoor equipment.
