All Items Ship Throughout the Continental United States.

Every item found on Sloanrepair.com can be shipped to all states in the continental United States.

 

Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada

We also ship everything found on our site besides china fixtures to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, however, these orders cannot be placed through our website but must be called in due to variation in shipping costs and associated fees.

Customers shipping to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska must call to place an order. These locations cannot be selected in our online order form. When you call to place your order, please have our part numbers handy. Our phone number is 800-442-6622. Our phone hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fees associated with your order depend on the size and weight of the items you are ordering, which is automatically calculated at checkout.

  • $15.35 shipping fee: Small, low-weight items
    (Example: Drop-In Kit, Solenoid, Handle Assembly)
  • $19.75 shipping fee: Small, mid-weight items
    (Example: 6-12 Flushometer Head Assemblies)
  • $26.50 shipping fee: Medium, mid-weight items
    (Example: Lime Solvent Case of 12)
  • $39.50 shipping fee: Medium, high-weight items
    (Example: 16-18 Toilet Seats)
  • $59.50 shipping fee: Large, mid-weight items
    (Example: 18 Side-Mount Retrofit Sensor Flushometers)
  • $98.50 shipping fee: Large, high weight items
    (Example: China Sink Fixture)
  • $197.50 shipping fee: Very Large, high weight items
    (Example: China Urinal Fixture)
  • $277.50 shipping fee: Very large, very high weight items
    (Example: Multiple China Fixtures)

Most orders will incur $13.50 shipping charges. You can find out the exact shipping cost for your order during checkout. Shipping and tax for your order will be calculated after you enter your shipping address when checking out. This occurs before you enter your payment information.

 

Additional Shipping Information

 

Shipping

Shipping charges will be added to the invoice. An order confirmation will be emailed to you that will include the final shipping charges and taxes. Your card will not be charged until the products have shipped.

Most shipments are via UPS Ground. Unusually large or heavy orders may ship via Common Carrier. View estimated shipping time. Additional shipping charges may be added to orders that ship heavy or hazardous material, and/or orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Overnight or Expedited Shipping Requests

If you have special shipping requirements including, but not limited to, overnight or expedited shipping, You can submit special shipping requests (ie: overnight or other expedited shipping) by adding a comment in the comment area in the ‘My Cart’ section or by call us at 800-442-6622 or 412-781-9100.  Additional shipping fees may be applied for charges incurred for hazardous materials or special handling by the carrier.

 

Shortages & Damages

Shortages & Damaged shipments must be reported promptly to us by phone (800-442-6622 or 412-781-9100) or email (info@sloanrepair.com) within two (2) days of receiving the material. 

 

LTL freight shipments must be inspected and marked damaged prior to signing for and accepting the shipment or no further action can be taken to file or report a claim.  If shipments are accepted as damage-free, the responsibility of any future discovered damages becomes the sole responsibility of the party who signed for the shipment. Items misused or damaged by customer are non-returnable.

 

Defective Items

Defective items will be covered under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.  A credit or reshipment of a replacement item will result from approved defective claims.  Items misused or damaged by customer are non-returnable

 

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a return goods authorization before returning. Special orders or customized orders are non-returnable. All returns are subject to inspection. Returns must be within 30 days of the invoice date, and returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. Tax

Sloanrepair (Equiparts Corp) collects sales tax from the following states: CA, CT, DC, IN, KY, MD, ME, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, VA & WV. Any applicable taxes to any other state must be paid directly to that local tax authority by the end user.  All sales and usage taxes are paid by the buyer unless a tax exemption certificate is filed with Equiparts.

Q: Where does Sloanrepair.com ship from?

A: We ship stocked items from our warehouse, located outside of Pittsburgh, PA. The majority of items are stocked at our warehouse. If an item is not in stock, we will work to ship the item to you as quickly as possible.

 

Q: Who is our primary shipping carrier for Sloanrepair.com products?

A: UPS is our primary shipping carrier. We sometimes ship via FedEx. Large or heavy orders ship via freight LTL carriers.
