This PWT control module with standard programming is from Sloan. It is for use in Sloan’s PWT (Programmed Water Technologies) Systems. Used with PWT push buttons, electronic flushometers and solenoids to control water closets, lavatories, showers, or combination fixtures. Sloan model number MCR-4014-A, code number 3375084.

• Combination fixture controls a hot/cold water lavatory, a water closet and a shower. Adjustable default “run time” and “lock-out times”. Factory set for 1-hour lock-out time.
