This Toilet Tissue Holder is a "Control-O-Roll" style holder that holds one single roll of toilet paper. A Control-O-Roll toilet paper holder is designed to limit the amount of paper used by patrons by designing the roll holder to ‘catch’ after a roll has been rolled nearly a full rotation.
