Sloanrepair.com is considered a life-sustaining business as a Merchant Wholesaler of Durable Goods, specifically Hardware, and Plumbing and Heating Equipment and Supplies. Many of our customers are hospitals, other health care facilities, and government institutions. Many of the items we distribute are critical to the day-to-day functions of doctors, nurses, patients, and other health care workers. The ability for hospitals to have reliable plumbing fixtures, safety equipment, and sanitizing chemicals for washing, cleaning, and waste disposal is more crucial now than ever. We plan to continue to support our customers, many of which must remain open during this time. 

The safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. The majority of the SloanRepair Team is now working from home. We are working with a skeleton crew in our warehouse to minimize contact with the orders we are shipping. Our warehouse is a very large building, and so it allows for social distancing far beyond the six-feet minimum. We clean and sanitize our work areas several times a day, and our employees have been instructed to wash their hands frequently. We are closely monitoring the situation, and will make any adjustments necessary as circumstances change.

Orders can still be submitted via Sloanrepair.com, phone, or through your sales rep. We are operating with a limited staff, so your order may experience longer processing times. Our business is operating from 8:00AM-4:00PM EST Monday through Friday EST. We will share updates if that changes.
