Orders


Orders can still be submitted via Sloanrepair.com, phone, or through your sales rep. We are operating with a limited staff, so your order may experience longer processing times. Our business is operating from 8:00AM-4:00PM EST Monday through Friday EST. We will share updates if that changes. 


Non-Stock Item Delays


Non-stock items will experience shipping delays. The majority of items shared on our website are in stock and ready to ship. However, less popular items are ordered from Sloan as orders are received. Sloan is currently closed for the next two weeks (through the end of March). This causes non-stock items to experience delayed shipping. Our projected ship date for non-stock items is 4/13/2020. 
 
If your order contains a non-stock item, we will reach out to you via email within 24 hours of the order being submitted (For orders placed on Friday, we will reach out to you by Monday) to inform you that your order contains nonstock items and give you options to move forward. If other items in the order are in stock, you will have the option to delete the non-stock items and ship the items in stock, cancel the order, or confirm that the 4/13/2020 projected ship date is acceptable.
