This Single Flush Side Mount Operator is designed specifically to adapt to GEM (piston) flushometers. It is a single flush, sensor-operated retrofit flushometer designed to convert GEM manual flushometers into sensor flushometers by replacing the handle with this side mount operator. It has a top spud connection. It is battery-powered. It has a polished chrome finish. It is designed for use on either closet or urinal applications.
